Here is your gratitude challenge:

1.  Journal at least 3 things a day that you are grateful for.  You can use a notebook, a free mobile app such as "My journal by Yoobee" (our free app is coming soon), or download and print this simple document and keep it by your bedside.

2.  If you have a Gratitude Rock/key-chain or Token-of Gratitude use it.  You can use your own item or one of ours.  Keep it in your pocket or purse and every time you come in contact with it...think about what you are grateful for.  Soon the gratitude will be flowing.

 Print and use these FREE black & white tokens-of-Gratitude.  It is a nice way to spread gratitude & say, "Thank you".

3.  When your 21 days are over, go to the

 FREE TOKEN tab under the CONTACT menu. You will be asked to take your temperature again, and you will be given a coupon code to claim your FREE Token-of-Gratitude as a thank you.
