Chief Ambassadors of Gratitude:

Meet the Chief Ambassadors of Gratitude (the Directors) who were first "found" for this iniative.   We are just regular people like you, trying to do what we can to help our fellow man & make our world a better one.

These are our major sponsors and supporters.  Please support our sponsors who have generously donated their personal time or funds to help our goal of spreading global gratitude.  None of these people or companies received any payment for their service as the spirit of this mission is to give & receive freely with an open heart.  We belive we can make a difference....and these sponsors belive that too.  These are not affliate programs.  They are "Thank Yous" and free links.

Ambassadors of Gratitude:

Emissary's of Gratitude:

Emissaries are leaders spreading gratitude in country's and communities.  Become a leader of Gratitude in your country or us for details.

Envoys of Gratitude:

These envoys (messengers) have helped to spread gratitude by starting with themselves.  They have completed the 21 day Gratitude Challenge, and created a habit of gratitude.

SPREADING GRATITUDE ROCKS is a global grassroots not-for-profit with the sole mission of spreading global gratitude by helping people create a habit of mindful gratitude.  We are made up of ordinary people just like you, who want to make a difference in the world. Our goal is to spread global gratitude, by giving people the tools and inspiration to create a habit of gratitude. We believe the world would be a better place, if the people in it were happier. You can't be grateful and unhappy at the same time.  If the people of earth were happier, our planet would be a better place, and “Good planets are hard to find”

"Be the change you want to see in the world" - Gandhi

That is the very best way to help......start the change with YOU.

Please feel encouraged to contact us, and please take the 21 day gratitude challenge…it could change your life and help transform the world.

This is the story of how we got “found”:

I know there are probably more knowledgeable, more spiritual, and more qualified people out there to launch this mission than me…but I am not them.  I am just me, and I am trying to be the best me I can be….and to help others do the same.  I am honored and humbled to have helped assemble an amazing team of people to lead this mission.  They are each such bright, diverse, generous-hearted leaders, with fierce integrity.  I am forever grateful for their support, participation, and special talents.

I have had my ups and downs in life, but I do have a life that I am very grateful for.  I don’t consider myself rich, or poor.  I have often asked myself, “How can I help my fellow man?”  I think this is a question we should all ask ourselves…and often.  I feel that we are all here to love and be loved…and to help each other along the way.
I am certainly not Mother Theresa, but I am trying to do what I can to make a difference in the world.  I am just a regular person.  I’ve made mistakes, and I am certainly not perfect.  Oprah once said, “When you know better, you do better”.

Getting all of mankind to live in a mindful state of gratitude, may seem a daunting and unattainable goal, but a wise man once taught me “How to eat an elephant…”  That wise man, is my wonderful husband Peter.  He also shared with me a story of an old man, a boy and a starfish.  It goes like this:

An old man was out on a beach, and saw that it was covered with
thousands of starfish, that had been washed up from the tide.
A little boy was walking along picking them up one-by-one, and throwing them into the water. “What are you doing son?”, the old man asked. “Can't you see how many starfish there are? You couldn't possibly make a difference”.  The young boy paused thoughtfully, then bent down to pick up another starfish and threw it into the sea.   "I sure made a difference to that one!", he replied.

Please consider helping to change the world to a happier more grateful state…….one starfish at a time.  Let’s start with you…..

With Sincere Gratitude,
Julia Rose

We didn’t “found” this mission, it “found” us…and now it “found” you.
