The mission of our organization is attributed to the many wonderful people that I know have made a difference in my life, and my desire to do the same for others.   I am humbled to have “found” this mission and have become the self-proclaimed “Spreader of Gratitude”.

I would say I have been pretty fortunate in life overall.  I am not rich or poor, but that is all relative.  I had struggled personally for a few years, but now I am on solid footing again.

I am not Mother Theresa, or a perfect person by any means.  I am just me.  I am a mother, a wife, a painter, a cook, a writer, and now a spreader-of-gratitude.

I have always felt that it is everyone’s duty to try to do their best, and to help others along the way.  I have often asked myself, "What have I done, and what can I do, to help my fellow man?"

I finally listened hard enough for the answer:  Spreading Gratitude Rocks!

A paying job wouldn't be a bad thing in these difficult economic times, but hey, I am better off than a lot of other people.  So, I am dedicating the next year of my life to spreading gratitude.  Trust me, I have wasted a lot of energy & done a lot stupider things with a year of my life.

I am going to spend the next 365 days of my life looking through the lens of gratitude.  I will be doing my best to spread gratitude to everyone I meet.  Like I said...I am not perfect.  So I expect some challenges.  I also expect that my eyes will be open to a whole new world.

I am so very blessed to have met, and collected, so many wonderful people in my life.  Many of them are Ambassadors/Emissary's/Envoys of Gratitude for Spreading Gratitude Rocks.  As I assembled this group of truly amazing people, I thought to myself, "WOW!  I have surrounded myself with some remarkable lucky am I?"

If you meet me on the street, I am likely be to carrying Tokens-of-Gratitude and Gratitude Rocks to share.  I will be inviting everyone I meet to join me on my journey for at least 21 days so that they too can cultivate their habit of gratitude.  Please consider taking the 21 day habit of gratitude challenge.

I welcome you to join me on this journey of gratitude.....
